Manufacturing process

The manufacturing process of seamless carbon steel pipe includes the following main steps:

‌Raw material preparation‌: Use round tube billet, cut and process it into a billet with a length of about 1 meter, and send it into a furnace to heat it to about 1200 degrees Celsius.

‌Piercing‌: Use a perforator (such as a tapered roller perforator) to perforate to form a rough tube.

‌Rolling‌: The rough tube is sized and straightened by three-roller oblique rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion.

‌Cooling and flaw detection‌: The steel pipe is cooled by water spraying in the cooling tower, and then straightened and internally flawed to ensure quality.

‌Quality inspection and packaging‌: The steel pipe is strictly hand-selected, sprayed with numbers, specifications and production batch numbers, and then stored in the warehouse.
