Manufacturing process of color coated steel sheet

The manufacturing process of color coated steel sheet mainly includes several steps:

Introduction section: unwind the substrate and sew the front and rear rolls with a stitching machine for uninterrupted production.

‌Pretreatment section: including degreasing, phosphating, and passivation, so that a chemical pretreatment film is generated on the surface of the substrate to improve the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate.

‌Roller coating curing section: secondary painting and secondary drying and curing.

‌Post-treatment section: apply a protective peelable film or wax on the surface of the organic coated steel sheet to prevent damage to the paint film. Some production lines are also equipped with printing, embossing and other devices.

‌Lead-out section‌: It is equipped with a coiler and a shearing machine to deliver the finished product in rolls or single sheets.
