Square tube processing requires 6 important steps:
1. Stainless steel elbows change the wall thickness of stainless steel square tubes, and change the wall thickness along the length of the tube;
2. Process the cross section of the square tube, and change the circular cross section into a square, oval, or polygonal shape;
3. Square tubes with curling and bottom sealing, increase the total strength of the tube end, curl the tube to the outside or inside of the tube, or seal the end of the square tube;
4. Stainless steel elbows change the diameter of the square tube, which means that the diameter of the tube end or a part of the tube is reduced;
5. Stainless steel elbows bend square tubes, which we are more exposed to, are to change straight tubes into bends with different curvature radii, such as elbows, elbows, etc.;
6. Square tubes with flanges and round edges, the former refers to the tube end convex to the inside or outside, and the latter refers to the square tube with bulges or grooves formed in the circumferential direction of the tube.
